Application Instructions
- Opaque backing material is 11 X 17 or 27.7 cm X 42 cm and may be cut or trimmed to best fit the image to be applied to the backing. For best performance, keep product dirt and lint free.
- For application using standard heat transfer application machines, set temperature at 375 degrees and pressure between 45-50 lbs and pre-press garment for 4 seconds..
- Place the opaque backing on the platen of the heat press, fabric side up. Place the image ONE-STEP heat transfer face (imaged) side down on top of the Opaque backing.
- Heat press for 3 seconds and remove from machine. DO NOT REMOVE TRANSFER.
- LET COOL.
- Trim around the fused Opaque backing/heat transfer to achieve the desired shape. Very sharp scissors and rotary razor knives do the best job. Using a source of backlight will make trimming easier.
- Now you are ready to apply the fused Opaque backing/heat transfer to the garment.
- Remove paper backing protector from the Opaque backing material. BE CAREFUL . . .THE ADHESIVE IS NOW EXPOSED AND WILL STICK TOGETHER.
- Place the fused Opaque backing/heat transfer in the correct position on the garment, adhesive side down. If position must be changed, lift carefully from garment and reposition.
- Heat transfer for 6-8 seconds and peel hot.

Storage & Handling
Humidity levels affect the performance of the inkjet printer and the paper. Best results are achieved at 50-70% relative humidity. Always keep the paper packed and sealed in the ZIPLOK bag until used. Return all unused paper to the bag and reseal. Caution: Dampness in the paper will cause poor reproduction quality.
