Cl Trimfree For Lights

Please Note: This product is designed to work with SOLID colors only, NO gradients.

Pro World introduces the latest advancement in laser transfer paper technology. Trim Free Laser Paper is the first single step transfer paper which has been developed to only release the polymer coating in areas that have toner coverage where the image is pressed to fabric. This eliminates the need to trim your design prior to imaging your garment. Trim Free Laser Paper produces vibrant full color images that will stand repeated washing. For both oil and non-oil color laser copies and printers. They are used for the heat transfer images to light colored T-shirts, sweatshirts, mousepads, coasters, puzzles and more. Choose garments that have a tight weave. Not recommended for photograph images or gradient colors. Not recommended for darks. More product details…

Color Laser Copier Paper for Lights Application Instructions

    Application Instructions

    1. Reverse (flip or mirror) the image before printing.
    2. Load the transfer paper so that the blank side receives the image. Fan the sheets of the transfer paper on all four sides to reduce static charge.
    3. Preheat the heat press to 375°F/190°C.
    4. Trim away any unprinted area around your image. Choose a white or light colored substrate made of 100% cotton, cotton/poly blend or 100% polyester.
    5. Place wrinkle free garment onto the press pad.
    6. Place transfer image side down, heat press for 15 seconds with medium to heavy pressure.
    7. Peel hot immediately.

    Tips & Notes

    • Room Temperature should be about 75°.
    • Paper should acclimate 12-24 hours prior to use.
    • Warm up your copier.
    • Preheat your press.
    • Determine the grain direction of your paper. If the paper was purchased in 8 1/2" x 11", it is long grain and should be fed from the Letter R tray. If the paper has been cut from 11" x 17" to produce 8 1/2 " x 11" paper, this is now short grain paper and should be fed from the Letter tray.
    • Use a humidifier or dehumidifier to achieve a relative humidity of approximately 40%.
    • Manufacturer and seller are not responsible for damaged caused by misuse of this paper.

This is a great paper and the transfer is really nice..BUT the printer is everything and if you have a cheap everyday printer YOU WILL patchy breaks in your image. Follow instruction but DO NOT cover with a protective sheet. If you have a run of mill NON-photo printer you going to have issues. Try to get a photo printer. The ink application is heavier and will help your heat processing. I use these on my white shirt designs and the customers love them. Regular wash cycles do take a little color away but it is not to bad. I still recommend to my customer not to wash on a heavy cycle. I use these to create my budget shirts to draw customers over. I'm also in Florida so with the crazy heat here I can sell white shirts all day. (Posted on 8/13/16)

The paper works great for me. I use it on light color T-shirts and had problems with the product. Now I'm going to try the dark image clip paper. (Posted on 4/21/16)

I ordered a couple different papers and I use this one the most. the finished product is great. My only problem is it does not work 100% with my very expensive Lexmark printer. parts of the image come off in the printer. I don't think this is an issue with the paper as its great I just think its compatibility with our printer is the issue. When it does work the final product looks awesome and it is so easy to use. I will be buying more. (Posted on 9/1/15)
