Hot Peel Transfers - Application Instructions

  1. Set temperature at 385 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Set pressure at medium.
  3. Print 10-12 seconds.
  4. Peel immediately while hot, in one continuous, smooth, rapid motion.

Cold Peel Transfers - Application Instructions

  1. Set temperature at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Set pressure at medium.
  3. Print for 12 seconds.
  4. Rub surface with eraser or cloth.
  5. Allow to cool completely/peel cold.
  6. Pull transfer paper from side to side or top to bottom in an even sweeping motion.

Puff Transfers - Application Instructions

  1. Set temperature at 385 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Set pressure at medium.
  3. Print 6-8 seconds.
  4. Peel immediately while hot.
  5. Pull transfer paper from side to side or top to bottom in one fast, even sweeping motion.
  6. DO NOT drag transfer paper across garment. Dragging transfer paper may cause balance of print to cool before remaining paper is removed. This will cause holes in the ink deposit on garment.
  7. DO NOT touch or rub before removing transfer paper. This will also produce holes in the ink deposit.

Rhinestone & Rhinestud Transfers - Application Instructions

  1. Set temperature at 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Set pressure at medium to heavy.
  3. Remove the white plastic backing from the transfer.
  4. Place the transfer face up on the fabric.
  5. Cover the transfers with a cloth.
  6. Press for 8 to 10 seconds.
  7. Let cool for several minutes and peel off the plastic very slowly.
  8. Press again directly on the design for 5 seconds.

Glitter Metallic or Glitter Puff Transfers - Application Instructions

  1. Pre-heat garment for 5-10 seconds.
  2. Set pressure at medium to high.
  3. Set temperature at 385 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Print 8-10 seconds.
  5. Peel immediately while hot.

Warm Peel Transfers - Application Instructions

  1. Pre-press garment; 5-7 seconds.
  2. Set pressure at high.
  3. Set temperature at 385 deg. Fahrenheit.
  4. Print 8-10 seconds.
  5. Peel warm (about 3 seconds), in one continuous, smooth rapid motion.

Oversize Designs Transfers - Application Instructions

  1. Place garment sideways on platen with neck band just outside the left edge of the lower platen.
  2. Place transfer on the garment so that the image begins approximately 1" inside the left edge of the platen.
  3. Close machine and press for desired time and temperature.
  4. Open machine and immediately peel paper from left to right stopping approximately 2" before reaching the right edge of the platen. This leaves a strip where the paper remains adhered to the garment.
  5. Move the garment and the transfer to the left being careful to leave the paper adhered to the 2" strip. The garment should come to rest with the adhered portion of the design slightly inside the left edge of the bottom platen and the un-pressed portion of the design totally within the platen area.
  6. Repeat step #3.
  7. Open the machine and immediately peel all of the paper away from the garment.

Die Cut Lettering - Application Instructions

Note: These instructions are for applying die-cut flock lettering only and do not apply to vinyl or other types of die-cut lettering styles.

  1. Place lettering on garment with material side up and adhesive side down.
  2. Space lettering according to your preferences.
  3. Set machine to 385 degrees Fahrenheit and press lettering for 12 seconds.
  4. Your lettering should now be adhered to your garment.
  5. You do not need to peel any materials once pressed.

Mug Transfers - Application Instructions

  1. Turn on the power switch. Make sure handle is on the "open" position.
  2. Never close the handle of the press without a mug in it when the power switch is "on". This will cause early heater failure.
  3. Set timer. Approximate beginning setting is 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Set temperature. Approximate beginning setting is 350 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit .
  5. Using one small piece of heat seal tape/lettering tape, tape transfer to mug on each side of the transfer.
  6. Wrap mug and transfer with Teflon coated fiberglass cloth.
  7. While exerting a slight rearward pressure on the handle of the mug, close the press handle. This will activate both the timer and the heater.
  8. When the buzzer sounds, open the press and remove the mug.
  9. Using the scrapper and "squeegee" out any air trapped under the transfer. Remove heat tape at this time as well. Use caution, as the mug will be hot. Hold the mug only by its handle.
  10. Repeat steps 6,7 and 8.
  11. Remove the transfer from the mug. Use caution, the mug is extremely hot.
