Club Benefits

Period of Membership
	The Club Pro World membership expires at the end of each calendar year and is not automatically renewed without the permission of the customer.
10% Discount on Transfers
	You will receive a 10% discount on any stock transfer order totaling $99.00 or greater. The discount will apply on any design that you order 6 pieces or more. On any design that fewer than 6 pieces are ordered, you will receive the regular pricing. Discounts do not apply to freight or other non-transfer costs
10% Off Transfer Accessories
	Members will also automatically receive a 10% discount on transfer accessory items such as displays and binders. The discount does not apply to machine purchases. Pro World reserves the right to decide which items are classified as transfer accessories.
2% Annual Rebate
	When your total annual transfer purchases equal at least $1,000, you will receive a 2% rebate on all transfer purchases. Qualifying purchases are based on transfers shipped and paid in full. Adjustments will be made for any returns or credits. You will receive your rebate check approximately four to six weeks following the end of the membership period. Pro World reserves the right not to issue a rebate check to accounts in poor standing. To take full advantage of your 10% discounts and 2% rebate, customers with more than one location must use the same 'bill-to' account in order to combine the qualifying purchases of the different locations. Club Pro World's membership period is from January 1 through December 31. No need to be concerned if you joined Club Pro World later in the year. Your qualifying dollars toward rebates are calculated from January 1 regardless of when you joined.

	Members will receive exclusive special offers several times throughout the year. These special sales events are for Club Pro World members only.
Free Ground Shipping (UPS)
	As a Club Pro World member you will receive FREE UPS Ground Service on all stock transfer and ink jet transfer paper orders totaling $99.00 or more. This program does not apply to special promotions or transfer packages that we might offer. The full price of any other type of delivery request by the customer will be charged at the regular rate. $3.95 will be added to all shipments for handling and insurance.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on Transfers
	We want you to be completely satisfied with your transfer purchases. Members can return any transfers for a Pro World Credit within 30 days from the date of purchase.Returns are limited to a maximum of 24 pieces per design. To make a return, members must call Pro World to receive a return authorization number. Guarantee does not apply to discontinued transfers, holiday transfers or transfers returned in unsaleable condition.

At Pro World, we keep track of your current rebate amount, savings, and sales. This information is not available online but can be accessed by contacting us by phone, fax, or e-mail. Terms & Conditions

Club Pro World membership fee is $39.00 annually. If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your membership for a full refund up to 30 days following your sign-up date. A refund check or credit will be issued approximately 5 to 10 working days from the date of the request. Any discounts taken as a result of being a member will be deducted from the refund amount. Membership will not automatically renew.

Club Pro World members can return up to 24 pieces per design of any transfers which are in saleable condition and not discontinued and receive a full merchandise credit up to 30 days following the purchase date. This is not applicable to holiday transfers. To qualify, members must call Pro World for a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Pro World reserves the right to refuse a return where this procedure was not followed. Pro World reserves the exclusive right to make the ultimate decision regarding what qualifies as salable merchandise.

Club members will receive free UPS Ground Shipping plus insurance, handling and other applicable UPS charges on all stock transfer and transfer paper orders totaling $99.00 or more. This program does not apply to special promotions or transfer packages that we might offer. The full price of any other type of delivery request by the customer will be charged at the regular rate. $3.95 will be added to all shipments for handling and insurance. Pro World reserves the right to change this offer at any time due to rate changes issued by UPS.

Pro World reserves the right to cancel any membership with prior written notice. Although the following represent situations where Pro World could exercise the right to cancel, Pro World's right to terminate is not limited hereby:

.	Customer fails to keep his/her account current
.	Customer tenders check(s) backed by insufficient funds
.	Customer refuses packages without providing notice of the same to Pro World
.	Customer fails to maintain his/her account pursuant to usual and customary business practices

These provisions will be interpreted according to the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Club Pro World offers are subject to change. Discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions offered by Pro World.
