Dead in 6 months Review by Sharon
Was working fine then all of a sudden at my busiest time of the year. Support has been a pain since you can only deal with them via email. Forget getting anything fixed in a timely manner. I have to ship it back to get it warranty repaired. I don't even think it's worth it. Very disappointed.. (Posted on 12/19/16)
So far so good! Review by Sharon
Been using for a few months maybe about 80 mugs or so. So far so good once I figured out the right timing and temperature. (Posted on 12/2/16)
Pain free mug making Review by Keith
I decided to re-launch my business, and had equipment in storage for many years. The mug press I had was painful to use and error prone.

Trans Pro is not in the big 3 well known press makers, so it wasn't easy to make the decision. SO Glad I did! There have been no mistakes or waste as a result of the press. I don't know yet how well it will stand up, but can't beat it for start up or hobby press.

FYI - I use hard coated mugs, TexPrint-R paper, 375 degrees for 4 minutes. (Posted on 11/2/16)
