Ordering Options
1. Ordering Directly from our web site:
If you have just registered on line you may place one order before receiving a customer number. You will receive your customer number within one business day. If you are a current customer you will need your customer number (found on any invoice) and zip code or last name to logon to place your order.

We accept credit cards and CODs for our online ordering system. Follow the prompts on the screen and complete the necessary address, phone, and payment information. You can check the status of your order by returning to our Web site and clicking on the "Order Status" link at the top of our web site. Please keep in mind that our web site gets updated at least 3 times per day. We do not accept C.O.D. as a form of payment for catalog orders. You may either pay by credit card or mail in a postal money order.

2. Ordering by e-mail:
If you choose not to use our Online ordering system, you may fax your orders to us.

3. Ordering by phone:
Even if you want to call in your order you can still use our web site to speed up the process by first adding items to your cart and then using our "Phone-in this order" feature. This will ensure that your order is processed more quickly and accurately as our customer service team will be able to retrieve your cart items exactly as you entered them.

1. Add all the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart then go to the shopping cart page.
2. You'll see the 'Phone-in this order' and 'Fax or mail this order' links to the left of the Continue Shopping button.
3. If you click on 'Phone-in this order' link you will be given an 800 number to call and Customer ID. Just give the Customer ID to the Pro World sales associate when you order. She'll be able to pull up your order and finish it on the phone.

4. Ordering by fax:

3. If you click on 'Fax or mail this order' link you will be given a printable order page that you can fax to us at 856-406-1025.

5. Ordering by mail:
Even if you want to mail in your order you can still use our web site to speed up the process by first adding items to your cart and then using our "Fax or Mail this order" features. This will ensure that your order is processed more quickly and accurately as our customer service team will be able to retrieve your cart items exactly as you entered them.

1. Add all the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart then go to the shopping cart page.

3. If you click on 'Fax or mail this order' link you will be given a printable order page that you can mail to us with your credit card information, check or money order.

Payment Terms
You can pay for your order either by C.O.D (if your business is located within the United States) or by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. C.O.D. orders must be paid by a postal money order. There will be a $9.00 C.O.D. charge added to your order.
 
1. We accept credit card and COD orders via the Internet. For security purposes, first time customers using a credit card must have their orders shipped to the address at which the credit card statement is mailed. If the shipping address does not match, you will receive an e-mail from us indicating that we are holding your order and cannot process it. All C.O.D. orders will have a $9.00 C.O.D. charge added to their order. We do not accept C.O.D. as a form of payment for catalog orders. You may either pay by credit card or mail in a postal money order.

2. International customers can either pay by credit card or by bank wire payment.  Instructions on how to send us a bank wire are listed below. We cannot ship an order C.O.D. outside the U.S. If you wish to order and pay via a bank wire payment follow these simple instructions:
a. Fax or e-mail your order to us.
  b. Please indicate you wish to pay by bank wire and at which time we will forward wiring instructions to you.
  c. Indicate any special requests on the order including preferred international freight carrier. We normally use Global Express Mail for international shipments and will send packages 'Freight Prepaid'. You will be responsible for paying for all additional freight, duty, and taxes upon delivery.
  d. After entering your order in our system, we will fax or e-mail you the total amount needed to wire to Pro World. All wire payments must be in US dollars. Upon receiving the order total from us, you would go ahead with your wire transfer.

3. Whenever a check is returned to us marked 'insufficient funds' or 'account closed', all future orders will be shipped C.O.D. or by credit card only. A $25 service charge will be added to your next order each time a check is returned.


Pricing
All prices are listed below the product image, and when applicable, within the pricing and specifications section of an item. If you know the product number, you can do a quick price check by going to our 'Product Search' section, entering the product number, and selecting the Product ID radio button. This will return a picture of the product with pricing. Please note that many of our prices are based on ordering more than one piece of an item. Therefore, to confirm your final price, you will need to view your shopping cart and press the 'Recalculate' button. Transfer Pricing-No Minimum Required Prices shown for transfers are the per piece price based on ordering at least 12 pieces of a design. You may order as little as one piece of as many different designs as you like. Your cost is just $0.10 per transfer handling charge if you order between 6-11 pieces of a design, $0.20 per transfer handling charge if you order between 2-5 pieces of a design, and $0.35 per transfer handling charge if you order only one piece of a design.


Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Pennsauken, New Jersey. See the International section of customer service regarding shipping outside the United States.
 
1. Pro World ships Monday through Friday only excluding holidays and inclement weather days.

2. Our standard shipping carrier for U.S. shipments is United Parcel Service. All orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise noted. If your order is being shipped outside the United States, we have the option to choose your shipping method prior to completing your order.

3. All 16x20 heat transfer machines are subject to a $20 shipping surcharge from UPS.

4. Shipments to Puerto Rico are shipped via UPS Second Day or Next Day service only.

5. There is a $9.00 surcharge for each box shipped C.O.D.

6. There is a $3.95 surcharge added to each order to cover handling and insurance of your order.

7. UPS Next Day, Second Day, Three Day services are available upon request for U.S. orders only. You will be prompted to enter your shipping method prior to completing your order.


Free UPS Shipping Offer
  1. You must place your order online.
  2. Your shipping address must be in the Continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded).
  3. There is a $99 minimum order (see product restrictions below).
  4. No CODs.
This offer includes stock transfers & inkjet transfer paper orders only and does not include color laser (CLC or CLP) transfer papers, machines, accessories, blank garments, display equipment, etc. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or coupons. All qualifying orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Freight service. All orders will be charged a $3.95 handling and insurance fee. We cannot accept COD orders for qualifying orders; payment by credit card only.


Back Order Policy
From time to time we may be temporarily out of stock of an item for up to 3 days. We will use our discretion as to whether or not to hold your order for the back order to come in.

International Orders
We use Schenker, Global Express Mail, or UPS for most international orders due to their reliability. We do reserve the right to use a carrier of our choice when we deem it in the best interests of timeliness and cost effectiveness. Delivery is approximately 5-7 days plus time for local customs clearance to most destinations.
 
1. The minimum order for international orders is $75.
 
2. Orders shipped to Canada are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service or Express Service.

 
3. We will ship International orders via Express Mail if we feel it is the best interest of the customer.

4. We cannot confirm shipping costs until we process your order. Therefore, if you are ordering via the Internet, you will not receive an order total until you review your order via the My Account section on our home page. We are not responsible for any import duties or other taxes. There is a $3.95 handling charge on all orders.

5. All international orders must be paid either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) or by a direct bank transfer in US funds. You will have the option during the ordering process to indicate your payment type.  Please email us to receiving instructions.  Once you receive instructions, we will hold your order until we have received confirmation by our bank that your payment has been received.

6. Since the cost of shipping international orders is much higher, we will hold your order until everything ordered is in-stock.


Our 'No Minimum' Policy
Virtually all our items require 'no minimum' order. You may order as little as one piece of virtually all items. Due to the high cost of processing your order, there is a $10 service charge for orders totaling less than $25.00.


Returns & Exchanges
We will only accept returns due to manufacturing defects or errors in filling an order.
 
1. To make a return, you must notify us via e-mail, fax, or phone within 72 hours of receipt of the order. You will receive instructions and an official return authorization number. All returns must be received back within 15 days of purchase date.

2. Place the return authorization number you are given on the outside of the box and inside the box on a copy of your order or on a separate piece of paper. We will not accept any returns without an official return authorization number written on the outside of the package and included inside the box on a piece of paper.

3. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will issue a refund, exchange or credit. This will depend upon the situation and will be discussed at the time you receive the return authorization number.

4. All sales are final.

5. All refused and unclaimed C.O.D., prepaid shipments and unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to freight charges.
All canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

6. Pro World will not accept any garments for return after they have been printed. Garments must be inspected thoroughly before printing. Pro World will only accept one damaged garment for credit resulting from a damaged transfer.
