Where's My Shipping Notification?

At Pro World, we pride ourselves not only in being able to offer you the largest inventory of stock transfers, transfer machines, accessories, and more, but in delivering them to you as quickly as you need them.

Since launching our new website at the end of August, we've hit some road bumps that have made it difficult for us to notify our customers that their orders have shipped. We're embarrassed and very sorry, but our team is working very hard to be able to provide you with even better real-time information about what items we have in stock and when your orders ship. We appreciate your patience while we work out the kinks so we can better serve you!

If you've placed an order with us and received an order confirmation, rest assured that we got your order and will fill it, in most cases, within 48 hours of when you placed the order. If you're concerned about an order, or need assurance of when it will be delivered, you can contact our customer service team and we can provide you with a tracking code for the packages that have shipped.
