Sublimation Application Instructions

Please Note: Do not use a home iron! You need a commercial heat press. Click here for details. These instructions might vary depending on the transfer machine being used for the application. Variances in time, pressure, and/or pressure might be necessary. Proper temperature testing of the heating element is strongly recommended.

    Application Instructions

    1. Turn the 3D Vacuum Heat press on.
    2. Set the heating button so both the top and bottom heating lights are on.
    3. Set the Temperature to 392 degrees F (200 degrees C) and time to 8.5 minutes (510 seconds). Add 2 minutes (120 seconds) for each additional mug placed in the Vacuum Press.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
    5. Trim the edges of the image and wrap around mug.
    6. Attach the image to mug using transfer release tape.
    7. Wrap mug with mug wrap.
    8. Place the mug on its side on the wire rack within the press.
    9. Press vacuum button
    10. Press the time button
    11. At approximately 5 minutes, flip mug over so the opposite side is facing up in the vacuum press. Close the vacuum press and continue with the remaining time.
    12. Remove immediately once finished and peel hot. Use caution as mug will be very hot.
    13. Dip mug into warm water to cool and end the sublimation process

    Application Instructions

    2. Set timer to 60 seconds.
    3. Set Pressure at medium.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper. Image should be larger than the substrate.
    5. Place the substrate face down on the transfer paper and tape the paper to the substrate using transfer release tape.
    6. Put a blank sheet of paper on heat press platen to keep it clean.
    7. Place substrate face up on the heat press, with the transfer paper on top.
    8. Cover with a non stick sheet.
    9. Press at 400 degrees F for 60 seconds with medium pressure
    10. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot.

    3. Set Pressure at medium.
    4. Remove protective film from product.
    5. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper. Image should be larger than the substrate.
    6. Place the substrate face down on the transfer paper and tape the paper to the substrate using transfer release tape.
    7. Put a blank sheet of paper on heat press platen to keep it clean.
    8. Place substrate face down on the heat press (metal surface up).
    9. Cover with a non stick sheet.
    10. Press at 400 degrees F for 1-3 minutes with medium pressure
    11. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot.

    8. Place substrate face up on the heat press, with the transfer paper on top.

    10. Press at 400 degrees F for 70 seconds with medium pressure
    11. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Set timer to 60 seconds.
    3. Set Pressure at medium.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper using our 2 sided template. Image should be larger than the substrate.
    5. Spray the transfer paper with dye-trans hold spray.
    6. Place the substrate face down on one of the printed images, and fold the paper so the other side aligns with the substrate.
    7. Put a blank sheet of paper on heat press platen to keep it clean.
    8. Place substrate face up on the heat press, with the transfer paper on top.
    9. Cover with a non stick sheet.
    10. Press at 400 degrees F for 60 seconds with medium pressure
    11. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Make sure the top vacuum tray is in the 3D Vacuum Heat Press and the tubing is connected to the tray.
    2. Press the heating button so both the top and bottom heater are active.
    3. Set temperature to 190 degrees Celsius
    4. Set time to 6 minutes (360 seconds)
    5. Remove protective film from the phone case.
    6. Place phone case on mold.
    7. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
    8. Trim the edges of the image and wrap around the phone case and mold. (slit corners of paper to wrap around the corners of the phone case)
    9. Place phone case face up within the top tray of the 3D Vacuum Heat Press.
    10. Close and lock the top tray.
    11. Press the vacuum button. Once the vacuum has removed most of the air and your phone case looks snug within the tray, close the top lid of the 3D Vacuum Heat Press.
    12. Press the time button.
    13. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot.
    14. For iPhone 4 and 5 cases, place the finished phone case in the cooling mold to receive a tight fit around the phone. (all other phone cases do not require the cooling mold)

    Application Instructions

    2. Set timer to 1 minute (60 seconds).
    3. Set Pressure at medium.
    4. Remove protective film from product (backing plate).
    5. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper. Image should be larger than the substrate.
    6. Place the substrate face down on the transfer paper and tape the paper to the substrate using transfer release tape.
    7. Put a blank sheet of paper on heat press platen to keep it clean.
    8. Place substrate face down on the heat press (metal surface up).
    9. Cover with a non stick sheet.
    10. Press at 400 degrees F for 1-3 minutes with medium pressure
    11. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot.
    12. When backplate is cool, remove the paper covering the adhesive on the case.
    13. Align the backplate within the indentation and adhere to phone case.

    3. Set the Temperature to 392 degrees F (200 degrees C) and time to 500 seconds. Add 2 minutes (120 seconds) for each additional mug placed in the Vacuum Press.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
    5. Trim the edges of the image and wrap around mug.
    6. Attach the image to mug using transfer release tape.
    7. Wrap mug with mug wrap.
    8. Place upside down within the heat press.
    9. Press vacuum button
    10. Press the time button
    11. Remove immediately once finished and peel hot. Use caution as mug will be very hot.
    12. Dip mug into warm water to cool and end the sublimation process

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Set timer to 45-55 seconds.
    3. Set Pressure at medium.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
    5. Place paper face down on garment. The garment needs to be 100% polyester and white or light color fabric.
    6. Press at 400 degrees F for 45-55 seconds with medium pressure
    7. Remove paper immediately and peel hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Set timer to 240-270 seconds.
    3. Set Pressure at heavy.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
    5. Trim the edges of the image and wrap around mug.
    6. Attach the image to mug using transfer release tape.
    7. Wrap mug with a teflon sheet and place in mug press.
    8. Press at 400 degrees F for 4-4.5 minutes with heavy pressure.
    9. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 360-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Set timer to 60-180 seconds.
    3. Set Pressure at medium.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper. Image should be larger than the substrate.
    5. Wrap the printed image around the water bottle and secure with heat transfer tape.
    6. If your water bottle is loose within the Mug Press, place a silicone pad around the water bottle.
    7. Press at 360-400 degrees F for 60-180 seconds with medium pressure
    8. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot. Use caution as water bottle will be very hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Set timer to 20 seconds
    3. Set Pressure at medium.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper. Image should be larger than the substrate.
    5. Pre-press the Puzzle face down for 20 seconds.
    6. When cool, place the substrate face down on the transfer paper and tape the paper to the substrate using transfer release tape.
    7. Put a blank sheet of paper on heat press platen to keep it clean.
    8. Place substrate face up on the heat press, with the transfer paper on top.
    9. Cover with a non stick sheet.
    10. Press at 400 degrees F for 45 seconds with medium pressure.
    11. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Set timer to 6-8 minutes depending on tile size. The larger the tile, the longer the time should be.
    3. Set Pressure at light. Use caution as the ceramic tile can crack with too much pressure.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper. Image should be larger than the substrate.
    5. Place the substrate face down on the transfer paper and tape the paper to the substrate using transfer release tape.
    6. Place a sof-fusion pressing pillow on the bottom pad of heat press to cushion the ceramic tile.
    7. Place substrate face down on the heat press, with the back of the ceramic tile facing up.
    8. Cover with a non stick sheet.
    9. Press at 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes with light pressure.
    10. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot. Use caution as tile will be very hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Set timer to 160 seconds.
    3. Set Pressure at light to medium.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper. Image should be larger than the substrate.
    5. Place the substrate face down on the transfer paper and tape the paper to the substrate using transfer release tape.
    6. Place a sof-fusion pressing pillow on the bottom pad of heat press to cushion the ceramic magnet.
    7. Place substrate face down on the heat press, with the back of the ceramic magnet facing up.
    8. Cover with a non stick sheet.
    9. Press at 400 degrees F for 160 seconds with light to medium pressure.
    10. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot. Use caution as magnet will be very hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Set timer to 45-60 seconds.
    3. Set Pressure at medium.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper. Image should be larger than the substrate.
    5. Place the substrate face down on the transfer paper and tape the paper to the substrate using transfer release tape.
    6. Put a blank sheet of paper on heat press platen to keep it clean.
    7. Place substrate face up on the heat press, with the transfer paper on top.
    8. Cover with a non stick sheet.
    9. Press at 400 degrees F for 45-60 seconds with medium pressure.
    10. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Set timer to 45 seconds.
    3. Set Pressure at medium.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
    5. Place paper face down on bib/ apron.
    6. Cover with non stick sheet.
    7. Press at 400 degrees F for 45 seconds with medium pressure.
    8. Remove paper immediately and peel hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Set timer to 30 seconds.
    3. Set Pressure at medium.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
    5. Place paper face down on koozie (Use heat transfer tape to keep design in place if needed).
    6. Press at 400 degrees F for 30 seconds with medium pressure.
    7. Remove paper immediately and peel hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 415 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Set timer to 300-400 seconds depending on the rock slate size. The larger the rock slate, the longer the time should be.
    3. Set Pressure at medium-heavy. Use caution as the rock slate can crack with too much pressure.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper. Image should be larger than the substrate.
    5. Place the substrate face down on the transfer paper and tape the paper to the substrate using transfer release tape.
    6. Place substrate face up on the heat press.
    7. Cover with a piece of fabric (cut tshirt) to protect the coating of the rock slate.
    8. Then cover with a silicon pad.
    9. Press at 415 degrees F for 300-400 seconds with medium-heavy pressure.
    10. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot. Use caution as rock slate will be very hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 C)
    2. Set timer to 5:30-7 minutes depending on the rock slate size. The larger the rock slate, the longer the time should be.
    3. Keep top tray in the 3D Vacuum press, and connect tubing to the bottom of the tray.
    4. Press Heating Button twice so both lights are on.
    5. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper. Image should be larger than the substrate.
    6. Place the substrate face down on the transfer paper and tape the paper to the substrate using transfer release tape.
    7. Place substrate face up in the top tray of the 3D Vacuum Press.
    8. Press vacuum button. Then timing button to begin the timer.
    9. Press at 400 degrees F for 5:30-7 minutes.
    10. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot. Use caution as rock slate will be very hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Turn the 3D Vacuum Heat press on.
    2. Make sure the top tray is in the heat press, and the tubing is connected underneath the tray.
    3. Set the Temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and time to 420-480 seconds (7-8 minutes).
    4. Set the heating button so both the top and bottom heating lights are on.
    5. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
    6. Trim the edges of the image and wrap around the tile.
    7. Attach the image to tile using transfer release tape.
    8. Place the tile face up within the top tray of the vacuum press.
    9. Press vacuum button
    10. Press the time button
    11. Remove immediately once finished and peel hot. Use caution as the tile will be very hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Set timer to 180-220 seconds.
    3. Set Pressure at light. Use caution as the glass can crack with too much pressure.
    4. Print a NON-mirror image onto Texprint Paper. Image should be larger than the substrate.
    5. Place the back of the substrate (white side) face down on the transfer paper and tape the paper to the substrate using transfer release tape.
    6. Place substrate face down on the heat press, with the back of the clock facing up.
    7. Cover with a non stick sheet.
    8. Press at 400 degrees F for 180-220 seconds with light pressure.
    9. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot. Use caution as the glass will be very hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Turn the 3D Vacuum Heat press on.
    2. Set the heating button so both the top and bottom heating lights are on.
    3. Set the Temperature to 200 degrees C and time to 13 minutes.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
    5. Trim the edges of the image and wrap around shot glass.
    6. Attach the image to shot glass using transfer release tape.
    7. Place the shot glasses within the mold and cover with the glass lid.
    8. Attach the rubber tube that is connected to the bottom of the 3D Vacuum Press to the white tube sticking out of the mold.
    9. Press vacuum button.
    10. Press the time button.
    11. Remove immediately once finished and peel hot. Use caution as shot glass will be very hot.

    Application Instructions

    1. Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Set timer to 30 seconds.
    3. Set Pressure at medium.
    4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
    5. Place paper face down on mouse pad (Use heat transfer tape to keep design in place if needed).
    6. Press at 400 degrees F for 30 seconds with medium pressure.
    7. Remove paper immediately and peel hot.
