VinylOne Premium Color Transfer Vinyls - Application Instructions

  1. Feed material into cutter so that the matte side is face up.
  2. Suggested blade is 45 degrees.
  3. Suggested force is 120gf.
  4. Design and cut your graphic in reverse (mirror image).
  5. Weed away excess material using tweezers or weeding tool.
  6. Preheat your fabric and position weeded image on shirt with Glossy side face up.
  7. Set temperature at 310-330F (155-165C) degrees Fahrenheit.
  8. Set pressure at medium.
  9. Press for 17-20 seconds.
  10. Peel backing warm.
  • Multi-Color Layering: For each color (up to 3), repress shirt for 5 seconds with silicon sheet once layering is completed. Metallic vinyl and neon vinyl can not be layered.
  • Please Note: Cutter settings may need to be adjusted as your blade ages. For optimal cutting and weeding, maintain a line thickness of at least 1/8” for lettering & logos. MultiCut-Ultra has an indefinite shelf life when stored at room temperature. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight and humidity. Keep backing free of dust and other particles.

VinylOne Metallic Transfer Vinyls - Application Instructions

  1. Feed material into cutter so that the matte side is face up.
  2. Suggested blade is 45 degrees.
  3. Suggested force is 120gf.

  4. Design and cut your graphic in reverse (mirror image).
  5. Weed away excess material using tweezers or weeding tool.
  6. Preheat your fabric and position weeded image on shirt with Glossy side face up.
  7. Set temperature at 310-330F (155-165C) degrees Fahrenheit.
  8. Set pressure at medium.
  9. Press for 17-20 seconds.
  10. Peel backing cool.

ThermoFlex Plus - Application Instructions

  1. Cotton, Polyester, Cotton/Polyester, Polyester/Acrylic
  2. 45 Degree Blade
  3. Cut this material in Mirror image
  4. 330˚F - 335˚F
  5. Medium to firm, even pressure
  6. 17-20 seconds
  7. Peel warm. For neons & Columbia Blue, peel cold
  8. Wash warm, tumble dry normal. Suitable for dry-cleaning

ThermoFlex Xtra - Application Instructions

  1. Nylon, Leather, Rayon and other heat sensitive fabrics
  2. 45 Degree Blade
  3. Cut this material in Mirror image
  4. 310˚F - 315˚F
  5. Firm to hard, even pressure
  6. 3-5 seconds
  7. Peel cold, then cover with non-stick sheet and repress for 10 seconds.
  8. Follow washing instructions for nylon. Turn inside-out, cold water, tumble dry low. Suitable for dry-cleaning

  4. 315˚F - 330˚F
  5. Firm, even pressure
  6. 17-20 seconds
  7. Peel warm, repress for 2 seconds.
  8. Wash inside out, wash cold, tumble dry

  1. Cotton, Polyester, Fabric Blends, Spandex, Lycra, Wool, Linen
  2. 45 Degree Blade
  3. Cut this material in Mirror image
  4. 325˚F - 340˚F
  5. Firm, even pressure
  6. 12-15 seconds
  7. Peel cold.
  8. Wash cold water, gentle cycle, low heat.

  2. Cut material in reverse using a flex blade.
  3. Weed the excess material.
  4. 300-320°F
  5. Medium pressure.
  6. Print for 10-15 seconds.
  7. Peel the carrier off when cold.
  8. After hear pressing, wait 24 hours before the first wash. Do not use bleach or any aggressive washing products at 180˚F max. Tumble dry.
