paper may cause balance of print to cool before remaining paper is removed.
This will cause holes in the ink deposit on garment. |

Pre-heat garment for 5-10 seconds.
Set pressure at medium to high.
Set temperature at 385
degrees Fahrenheit.
Peel the white carrier sheet off the back of the beaded transfer.
Place the beaded transfer, design side up in the desired location, with clear
cover sheet on.
Print 8-10 seconds.
Remove the shirt from the press for cooling. Then peel the clear plastic cover
sheet off. |

Set pressure at medium to heavy.
Remove the white plastic backing from the transfer.
Place the transfer face up on the fabric.
Cover the transfers with a cloth.
Press for 8 to 10 seconds.
Let cool for several minutes and slowly peel off the plastic.
Press again directly on the design for 5 seconds. |

| Oversize Designs Transfers - Application Instructions |
|
|
| 1. |
Place garment sideways on platen with neck band just outside the left edge of
the lower platen. |
| 2. |
Place transfer on the garment so that the image begins approximately 1" inside
the left edge of the platen. |
| 3. |
Close machine and press for desired time and temperature. |
| 4. |
Open machine and immediately peel paper from left to right stopping
approximately 2" before reaching the right edge of the platen. This leaves a
strip where the paper remains adhered to the garment. |
| 5. |
Move the garment and the transfer to the left being careful to leave the paper
adhered to the 2" strip. The garment should come to rest with the adhered
portion of the design slightly inside the left edge of the bottom platen and
the un-pressed portion of the design totally within the platen area. |

Repeat step #3. |
| 7. |
Open the machine and immediately peel all of the paper away from the garment. |

| Die Cut Lettering - Application Instructions |

|
Note: These instructions are for applying die-cut flock
lettering only and do not apply to vinyl or other types of die-cut lettering
styles. |

Place lettering on garment with material side up and adhesive side down.
Space lettering according to your preferences.
Set machine to 385 degrees Fahrenheit and press lettering for 12 seconds.
Your lettering should now be adhered to your garment.
You do not need to peel any materials once pressed.

Turn on the power switch. Make sure handle is on the "open" position.
Never close the handle of the press without a mug in it when the power switch
is "on". This will cause early heater failure. |

Set timer. Approximate beginning setting is 1 to 2 minutes.
Set temperature. Approximate beginning setting is 350 to 375
degrees Fahrenheit . |

Using one small piece of heat seal tape/lettering tape, tape transfer to mug on
each side of the transfer. |

Wrap mug and transfer with Teflon coated fiberglass cloth.
While exerting a slight rearward pressure on the handle of the mug, close the
press handle. This will activate both the timer and the heater. |

When the buzzer sounds, open the press and remove the mug.
Using the scrapper and "squeegee" out any air trapped under the transfer.
Remove heat tape at this time as well. Use caution, as the mug will be hot.
Hold the mug only by its handle. |

Repeat steps 6,7 and 8.
Remove the transfer from the mug. Use caution, the mug is extremely hot.

Insert one piece of copy paper into the printer at a time.
Do not stack feed.
The coated dull side is the printing side. The other side may or may not have
printing on it.

Print in reverse by using the mirror image on your printer.
Print the design using 360dpi. Too much ink looks blotchy and causes bleeding. |

Cut around the design leaving only a small border.
Set heat press at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pre-press garment to remove wrinkles.
Place the transfer ink side down onto the garment.
Use medium pressure.
Print for 20 seconds.
Peel hot.
Prints only on white and light colors and 100% cotton or a 50/50% blend.

Determine the side of the paper your printer images to by making an 'x' on a

| One Step Opaque Heat Transfer Paper - Application Instructions |

DO NOT USE MIRROR IMAGE. Do Not Use T-Shirt Transfer Settings either. For best
results, use high resolution or photo quality option.
Trim away the unprinted paper around your image. Generally it is recommended to
increase color brightness and/or saturation when printing.
Remove the paper backing from the transfer film. (Tip: Tear paper backing
slightly, 1/8î, for easy removal of paper.) |

Position imaged transfer film on the garment with the printed side face up.
Cover imaged transfer film with enclosed silicon paper. This is to protect the
imaged transfer film. The silicone paper is reusable so do not throw away after
use. |

On Cotton or cotton blend garments, press at 375
degrees. Use light pressure. Print
for 25 seconds.
On synthetic fabrics, press at 350 degrees. Use light pressure. Print for 10 seconds. |

| Two Step Opaque Heat Transfer Paper - Application Instructions |

Set your machine at 385 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pressure at 45-lbs. or medium pressure.
Place the opaque backing on the platen fabric side up. Then place the transfer
design ink side down on top of the opaque backing. |

Heat for 3 seconds and remove from machine. DO NOT PEEL.
Let cool.
Holding the transfer in front of a light, trim around the fused opaque
backing/heat transfer. |

It is very important to be using sharp scissors.
Set up the garment you are going to print on. Pre-press the garment 4 seconds. |

Remove the paper-backing protector from the opaque backing material. |

Be careful because the adhesive is now exposed and will stick together if
touching. |

Carefully lay down the transfer design on the garment and align properly. If
the position needs to be changed, lift it carefully from the garment and
reposition. |

Press for 6-8 seconds.
