How much is shipping & how long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping costs are determined by the size of your order and is
calculated during the checkout process. All orders are shipped F.O.B.
Pennsauken, New Jersey via UPS. If your order is being shipped outside the
United States, you have the option to choose your shipping method prior to
completing your order. UPS Next Day, Second Day, Three Day services are
available upon request for U.S. orders only. You will be prompted to enter your
shipping method prior to completing your order.

How do I search for products?

The easiest way to find a product is to do a search in the search
box at the top left of every page. You can also browse products by category by
clicking any of the links in the product section of the left side navigation.
Another option is to click on the 'Search & Order' button at the top left
of the page.
If you are still having trouble finding a product, it may have been
discontinued. Please contact us for more
information. |
I already know what I want to order, do you have a quick order form?

| Yes. At the top of every page is a link to our Order Form or
click here. It allows you to enter multiple item numbers for easy bulk
ordering. |
How do I reorder transfers from a previous order?
|
|
|
You can quickly and easily reorder products from previous orders
you have placed. We also keep track of your favorite (most ordered) products so
you can view and reorder them quickly. Both of these features are a great way
to speed up the ordering process and make the buying process much more
efficient.
| To reorder items from a previous order |
| 1. |
Click on the 'My Account' or 'Order Status" links at the top of the page and
enter your login information. |

You will see a list of your previous orders. Click the 'Reorder' link next to
an order.

All the items from that order will be listed. |
| 4. |
Enter the number of each item you want to reorder in the Quantity box to the
right.

Click on the 'Add to Cart' button at the bottom of the page. |
To reorder items from your most purchased items
|

Click on the 'My Account' or 'Order Status" links at the top of the page and
enter your login information. |

Click on the 'Reorder Your Most Purchased Items' link on the right side.

Your most purchased items will then be listed sorted by your most heavily
purchased item to your least ordered item.

Enter the number of each item you want to reorder in the Quantity box to the
right.

Click on the 'Add to Cart' button at the bottom of the page. |

How do I save and retrieve orders for later?
|

|
Saving an Order
The Saved Orders feature allows you to save any items in your shopping cart if
you need to leave the web site before placing your order or you wish to browse
and add products to your cart on one computer but finish the order on another
order. Saving your order is simple.
1. Just add items to your shopping cart.
2. Click on the 'Shopping Cart' link at the top of the page.
3. Click on the 'Save this order for later' link on the lower part of the cart
page.
4. Enter your email address when prompted and click the 'Save' button.
Retrieving an Order
Once you've saved an order, you can come back at any time and retrieve it. Keep
in mind your order will be saved for up to 60 days.
1. Click on the 'Saved Orders' link at the top of the page.
2. Enter the email address you used when you previously saved the order.
3. Your previously saved orders will be loaded into the shopping cart.

How can I phone, fax or mail in an order quickly and easily?
|

|
If you want to phone, fax or mail in your order you can still use
our web site to speed up the process by first adding items to your cart and
then using our "Phone-in this order" or "Fax or Mail this order" features. This
will ensure that your order is processed more quickly and accurately as our
customer service team will be able to retrieve your cart items exactly as you
entered them.

Add all the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart then go to the
shopping cart page. |

You'll see the 'Phone-in this order' and 'Fax or mail this order' links to the
left of the Continue Shopping button. |

If you click on 'Phone-in this order' link you will be given an 800 number to
call and Customer ID. Just give the Customer ID to the Pro World sales
associate when you order. She'll be able to pull up your order and finish it on
the phone.

If you click on 'Fax or mail this order' link you will be given a printable
order page that you can fax or mail to us. Our fax number and mailing
information will be displayed on this printable order page. |
