This section allows you to maintain your online account. You can
register for a new account, modify the information in a current account,
reorder items from previous orders you've placed, check your Club Pro World
points and check the status of a current order.
| DID YOU KNOW. If you have an account with Pro World, either through
phone or regular mail, then you are already registered for an online account.
To find your login information, pull out your most recent invoice and find the
account number and zip code. Just use our online shopping basket and when you
go to check out, enter the login information from your invoice and your ready
to go! |

Register online.

Click on the 'My Account: Login' link on the top of the page. You
will then be prompted to enter in your customer information. For security
reasons you will be asked to Login whenever you edit your customer information,
review your order status or purchase items online.
You must be a current customer and know your customer number and either your
current billing address zip code or your last name (as it appears in our
system). If you are not a current customer you can register quickly and easily
order online during the same session.
If you do not remember your customer number, billing address zip code or last
name (as it appears in our system), you can find all this information on any
Pro World invoice that you have available or you can
contact us to receive the necessary logon information.

If you're not a current customer but would like to register your
business with us please
click here. You'll fill out a short form and be entered into our system
for future ordering. We'll also email you periodically with information
pertaining to new products, policy changes and promotions. You must be a
reseller to order from Pro World. You can register now by
clicking here.

If your billing address, email address or phone number has changed since
opening your account, you can quickly and easily update it online.
To edit the billing information for your account, click on the 'My Account:
Login' link at the top of any page and enter your login information.
Once logged in, click on the 'Update Account Info' to the right of the page.
You will then be prompted to change your account information. |

You can quickly and easily reorder products from previous orders
you have placed. We also keep track of your favorite (most ordered) products so
you can view and reorder them quickly. Both of these features are a great way
to speed up the ordering process and make the buying process much more
efficient.
| To reorder items from a previous order |
| 1. |
Click on the 'My Account' or 'Order Status" links at the top of the page and
enter your login information. |

You will see a list of your previous orders. Click the 'Reorder' link next to
an order.

All the items from that order will be listed. |
| 4. |
Enter the number of each item you want to reorder in the Quantity box to the
right.

Click on the 'Add to Cart' button at the bottom of the page. |
To reorder items from your most purchased items
|

Click on the 'My Account' or 'Order Status" links at the top of the page and
enter your login information. |
| 2. |
Click on the 'Reorder Your Most Purchased Items' link on the right side.

Your most purchased items will then be listed sorted by your most heavily
purchased item to your least ordered item.

Enter the number of each item you want to reorder in the Quantity box to the
right.

Click on the 'Add to Cart' button at the bottom of the page. |

If you are a member or Club Pro World, you can check on your points
once you are logged in (click here for login instructions).
After logging in, click on the 'Check Club Pro World Point' link on the right
side of the page. You can also find additional links and information about Club
Pro World on the left side navigation of most pages.

| Order Status / Order Tracking |

To review and track an order previously placed, click on the "Order
Tracking" link at the top of the page. Once logged in, you will see a list of
your current and past orders. Click on the 'Track This Order' link on the
right. Click here
to track order now.
After you login your outstanding orders will be listed with the most recent one
first. You can click on any order for further details and shipping carrier
tracking.

Your account is always secure. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the internet
standard security technology when we ask for personal information.

We give you cookies but not the chocolate chip kind.

information. When you order from us, we also use cookies to monitor and
maintain information about your use of our site. If you have not ordered from
us, we may still monitor and maintain information about your use of our Web
site in a manner that does not identify you. In either case, this information
helps us serve you better by improving our site design, as well as our
products, services, contests, and promotions.
We also use cookies to track and maintain the identity of the Web site you
visited immediately prior to ours to further improve our site design and to
fulfill contracts with our business partners. We do not otherwise track any
