    Application Instructions

    • Add 4 oz. of concentrate to 32 oz. spray bottle and add water.
    • Spray image area of shirt until damp.
    • Air dry or use clothes dryer.
    • Press image at 385 degrees for 50 seconds.
    • Let shirt cool & spray topcoat.

    Application Instructions

    • Add 1ml of catalyst per ounce of PolyNatural.
    • Stir thoroughly.
    • Let mixture settle for a few minutes.
    • Mixture can be thinned with up to 10% water.
    • Mixture has an 18hr pot-life, but can be re-catalyzed by adding 1ml of catalyst to each ounce of remaining mixture.
    • Apply a thin even coat of Poly mixture with bristle brush or gravity-feed sprayer.
    • WARNING: Wear face mask & eye protection if using a sprayer
    • let dry.
    • Cure substrate with oven or heat press:
      • Standard oven: 375°F for 15 minutes.
      • Convection oven: 350°F for 15 minutes.
      • Heat Press (with light pressure): 360°F for 10 minutes.
      • Use parchment paper to protect coating from heat press.
    • Place silicone pad between sublimation paper and heat platen to ensure thorough image transfer.
    • Press image with medium pressure at 360F for 3 minutes.

    Application Instructions

    • Let mixture settle for a few minutes.
    • Mixture can be thinned with up to 10% water.
    • Mixture has an 18hr pot-life, but can be re-catalyzed by adding 1ml of catalyst to each ounce of remaining mixture.
    • Clean surface with water.
    • Apply thin even coat of PolySatin mixture with bristle brush, Preval sprayer, or gravity-feed sprayer.
    • Set air compressor for between 25 and 35 PSI.
    • Apply enough Poly mixture to allow the coating to flow together smoothly.
    • WARNING: Wear face mask & eye protection if using a sprayer.
    • let dry (1 to 2 hours).
    • Cure substrate with oven or heat press:
      • Standard oven: 340°F for 22 minutes (if coating burns, turn temp down 10 degrees).
      • Convection oven: 340°F for 15 minutes
      • Heat Press (with light pressure): 340°F for 18 minutes.
      • Use parchment paper to protect coating from heat press.
    • Press ceramic tiles face-down over foam padding for 9 minutes at 400°F.
    • Press wood face-up for 3 minutes at 375°F.
    • press substrates face-down over a foam or felt pad to get full contact with the sublimation paper.

    • If you need to add a 2nd coat, cure each layer of coating to be sure the coating is not too soft.

    • Cure substrate with oven or heat press:
      • Standard oven: 340°F for 22 minutes (if coating burns, turn temp down 10 degrees).
      • Convection oven: 340°F for 15 minutes
      • Heat Press (with light pressure): 340°F for 18 minutes.
      • Cure metal in oven at 320°F for 3 minutes or on press for 90 seconds with silicone pad.
      • Use parchment paper to protect coating from heat press.
    • press substrates face-down over a foam or felt pad to get full contact with the sublimation paper.

    • Apply enough Poly mixture to allow the coating to flow together smoothly.
    • WARNING: Wear face mask & eye protection if using a sprayer.
    • Once coating is dry, cure substrate in oven for 10 minutes at 300°F.
    • Once cool, apply PolyGloss (without catalyst) over PolyWhite.
    • Once dry, cure substrate in oven for 22 minutes at 315°F.
    • Press ceramic tiles face-down over foam padding for 9 minutes at 375°F.
    • Press wood face-up for 3 minutes at 375°F.
    • Press metal face-down for 45 to 60 seconds at 360°F.
    • press substrates face-down over a foam or felt pad to get full contact with the sublimation paper.

    Instructions for Coating Backside of Glass:

    • Apply the PolyGloss with catalyst to the back of the glass.
    • Once dry, cure the coated glass at 340°F for 22 minutes.
    • Once cool, sublimate your image face down over padding for 6 minutes at 400°F.
    • Once cool, spray a light coating of translucent white over the image.
    • Flip the glass over to see if your image is vibrant enough, if not apply a second coat of translucent white.
    • Once dry apply a topcoat of Rustoleum clear enamel to protect the white layer from scratches.

    Application Instructions

    Basic Directions for Wood with White Wash:

    PolyWhite provides a white-washed look over unfinished wood to create a brighter image while allowing the wood-grain to show through. It is very important to only leave a light stain of white behind

    • Add 1ml of catalyst per ounce of PolyWhite.
    • Spray a light mist of water over wood to help PolyWhite spread out evenly.
    • Apply PolyWhite mixture with brush and wipe away excess with a rag until you have a very light coating of white "stain".
    • Once dry, cure in oven for 10 minutes at 300°F or on press with light pressure for 5 minutes at 350°F.
    • Use parchment paper or silicone pad to protect coating from heat platen.
    • Add 1ml of catalyst per ounce of PolyNatural.
    • And then apply a very thin coat over PolyWhite.
    • Once dry, cure wood in oven for 15 minutes at 375°F or on press with light pressure for 10 minutes at 375°F.
    • Use parchment paper or silicone pad to protect coating from heat platen.
    • Press image with medium pressure at 375°F for 3 minutes.
    • Using silicone pad over paper to ensure thorough image transfer.
