Custom Product FAQ

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Many garments offered do not have a minimum order requirement. For the garments that do have a minimum to order, we specify the minimum on the product page.

What file type can be used?

We recommend using the following formats: SVG, PNG, JPG, TIFF, GIF, PDF, EPS

What is the largest size file I can upload?

We can accept files up to 25 MB.

Can I print a photo on a shirt?

Yes, we can print a photograph but will need a 300 dpi file.

How long does the proofing process take?

Once we receive your order, we will review your design, send an email with any questions to you if needed, and provide a file for you to approve within 1-2 business days.

Where can I view my design to approve?

Log in to your account on proworldinc.com. Go to ‘My Account’ then Product Approval. Click the green button that says ‘Begin Approval Process’ to review, approve and complete your order. If any changes need to be made, do not approve the design and click the link that says ‘Request Changes’.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

After approving your design, your order will be shipped within 7-14 business days.

Can I upgrade my order from UPS ground shipping?

Will I see a proof before you begin printing?

Yes, you will receive a proof to approve before we begin printing your order.

Is there a limit to how many colors you can print?

We can print unlimited colors.

Does the amount of colors affect the price?

Our pricing is based on a few factors: garment, colors within the design and quantity. It is best to try to reduce the amount of colors within your design to keep the cost lower.

Can I use licensed or copyrighted images?

When producing a design that is either trademarked, uses licensed properties and/or is copyrighted by someone other than yourself, we assume that you have obtained legal permission and could provide legal documentation confirming that you have the right to reproduce the design. We have the right to decline any design that is copyrighted or trademarked in which proper legal documentation cannot be provided. Using professional, college or corporate licensed images with the intent to profit off the identity requires a license and is illegal without it.

Can I print on the sleeve?

Yes, we do offer sleeve printing. Please submit your order without the sleeve print and we will reach out via email to assist you further. There will be a minimum order requirement of 18 garments.

What type of custom garments do you offer?

We offer T-shirts, Long Sleeve T-Shirts, Tank Tops, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Performance Wear, and Polos. We have a variety of colors and sizes available for each garment.

How do I order?

You will first select the garment and color you wish to design. The garment will load within the design software, where you can either upload your own design or select from our clip art, available designs or add text to your garment. Once you are pleased with your design, click the button on the bottom right ‘next step’. Enter the size and quantities needed, and click the ‘get price’ button in the bottom right corner. Once the price window is visible, you can either edit the quantity or click the ‘buy now’ button to add the product to your cart to finalize your order. You will receive an order confirmation email and our team will review your order. At this time, we will reach out via email with any question and provide you with a final proof to review and approve before we proceed with production.

Can I save a design?

Yes, each time you visit our designer, you will be able to save your design before leaving the page.

How can I retrieve my saved designs?

Make sure you are logged in before visiting the designer. Once you select your garment and color, you can upload your saved design by clicking the button add artwork then select my saved art. This will show your saved art library.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order anytime prior to the order being approved. If you have already approved your order, we are unable to make any modifications or changes to your order. That includes updating your design, changing the quantity or sizes, and shipping address.

Am I allowed to add text to the premade designs in the library?

Yes, you are able to add text or modify the existing text.

Can I print on the back of the shirt?

Yes, we offer front and back printing. Select the ‘side’ button on the top left corner of the designer and scroll down to the side of the garment you wish to decorate.

Does the Shipping Cost Include Brokerage or Custom Fees for International Orders?

No, these fees are additional and collected by the shipping company when your order is delivered. We are not responsible for any import duties or other taxes that you may incur.

Can I return my custom printed garment?

Custom garments can not be returned or refunded. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us via email at service@proworldinc.com along with photos of the problem.

How do you print your custom garments?

We offer Screen Printing or Direct to Garment (DTG) for our garments.
