This section allows you to maintain your online account. You can register for a new account, modify the information in a current account, reorder items from previous orders you've placed, check your Club Pro World points and check the status of a current order. DID YOU KNOW? If you have an account with Pro World, either through our previous website, phone or regular mail, then you are already registered for an online account. To find your login information, pull out your most recent invoice and find the account number and zip code. To set up your account on this website, just follow the steps during the login process to update your account. By following this process, you will have access to your previous order information. How To Login
Click on the 'My Account' link on the top of the page. You will then be prompted to enter in your customer information. For security reasons you will be asked to login whenever you edit your customer information, review your order status or purchase items online. If you are not a current customer you can set up your own account quickly and easily here or during the checkout process. If you do not remember your password look for the "Forgot Password" link found by the login fields. This will walk you through the process of retrieving your password.
Editing Your Account
If your billing address, email address or phone number has changed since opening your account, you can quickly and easily update it online. You can also change your password and manage other aspects of your account. To make changes to your account, click on the 'My Account' link at the top of any page.

To reorder items from a previous order
- Click on the 'My Account' links at the top of the page and enter your login information.
- Browse your orders and click the 'Reorder' link next to any previous ordered item
Your Club Pro World Account
If you are a member or Club Pro World, you can check on your points once you are logged in. After logging in, click on the 'PW Rewards' link.
Order Status / Order Tracking
To review and track an order previously placed, click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. You can also update your billing address, shipping address(es), change your password and update other information contained in your account.
