As Pro World continues to follow the Covid-19 guidelines and restrictions, we wanted to provide an update on our current status and delivery of orders.

  1. Our entire customer service team continues to work remotely from their homes.
  2. Our supply chain has remained mostly intact and we have been able to fulfill and ship your orders.
  3. Our shipping carriers may experience delays due to unprecedented high volume as a result of Covid-19 and the holidays. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.
  4. Our dedicated employees who remain in our facilities to fulfill and ship your orders have been practicing social distancing, wearing masks, washing hands regularly, adjusting work hours, and sanitizing work areas regularly.

Pick-up orders have been suspended until further notice. We realize it is an inconvenience, but we need to continue to reduce the interactions between our employees and our customers.

I wanted to personally let you know that we greatly appreciate all of our customers and hope you and your families remain safe and healthy. I will continue to provide you updates here as they become available.
