Coverage
All heat presses, printers, and cutters sold by Pro World are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. Warranty is void if the equipment has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, unauthorized and/or improper service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, neglect, or lack of proper maintenance. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Contact the manufacturer for all warranty claims and questions.

*TransPro and TransPro Plus Heat Presses
During the warranty period, and in the event that a situation cannot be resolved by telephone, and upon PRE-AUTHORIZATION by email from Pro World, the equipment must be shipped, freight prepaid by the customer, to Pro World for service. Equipment must be shipped in the original packaging. Any other packaging is subject to refusal. All shipping and insurance expenses to and from Pro World of in-warranty equipment is solely the responsibility of the customer. Pro World cannot be held responsible for improper handling or any other damage incurred in transit. No charge will be made for labor and components for repair of in-warranty equipment.

Extended Warranty
An extended warranty through Extend may be purchased for equipment at the time of sale.

The Extend plan territory is limited to the geographic area of the United States of America, including the District of Columbia, only. It does not include any U.S. Territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands, or Canada.
