Pro World Equipment Manufacturing Limited Warranty
For Heat Presses supplied by Pro World
All heat presses sold by Pro World are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. Warranty is void if equipment has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, unauthorized and/or improper service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or neglect or lack of proper maintenance. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
Duration1 Year On All TransPro Models
There is a one (1) year warranty on major components, one (1) year on the circuit board and a one (1) year on all other components. The TransPro Mini warranties are limited to 6 months. The heating element shall be warrantied for the life of all heat presses.
There is a one (1) year warranty on all components.
When you purchase from Pro World you get the exclusive benefit of a two (2) year warranty on major components, two (2) years on the circuit board and a two (2) years on all other components. The heating element shall be warrantied for the life of all heat presses.
During the warranty period, and in the event that a situation cannot be resolved by telephone, and upon PRE-AUTHORIZATION by email from Pro World, the equipment must be shipped, freight prepaid, to Pro World for service. Equipment must be shipped in the original packaging. Any other packaging is subject to refusal. All shipping and insurance expenses to and from the Pro World of in-warranty equipment is solely the responsibility of the customer. Pro World cannot be held responsible for improper handling or any other damage incurred in transit. No charge will be made for labor and components for repair of in-warranty equipment.
Pro World shall not be liable for loss of use of any equipment or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the original purchaser or any other user. The above warranty provisions constitute the entire agreement between all parties, and supersedes any and all prior written and/or oral representations and understandings.
