Texprint Sublimation Paper on Ornaments, Keychains, & Magnets

Application Instructions

1. Set temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Set timer to 60 seconds.
3. Set Pressure at medium.
4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper. The image should be larger than the substrate.
5. Place the substrate face down on the printed image and secure with heat tape
6. Put a blank sheet of paper on heat press platen to keep it clean.
7. Place substrate face up on the heat press, with the transfer paper on top.
8. Cover with a non stick sheet.
9. Press at 400 degrees F for 60 seconds with medium pressure
10. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot.
11. If your item is 2-sided - repeat steps 4-10 for the opposite side. Alternatively, you can use adhesive spray and print both sides simultaneously.
12. Print mirror images onto Texprint Paper. The images should be larger than the substrate.
13. Spray the transfer paper with adhesive spray.
14. Place the substrate face down on one of the printed images, and do the same with the other side.
15. Put a blank sheet of paper on heat press platen to keep it clean.
16. Place substrate on the heat press.
17. Cover with a non stick sheet.
18. Press at 400 degrees F for 60 seconds with medium pressure
19. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot.
