How do I access my purchased files?
Once you are logged in on proworldinc.com, click on ‘My Account’ and the files will be located under the ‘My Downloadable Products’ section.
What formats are provided?
The zip folder may contain jpg, pdf, svg, eps, ai, dxf and/or png files. Each product will list the file formats that are included.
What programs can I use?
You can use any design program you are familiar with; such as Silhouette Studio, Cricut Design Space, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds for digital art files. All sales are final.
How do I unzip files on Mac?
To unzip zipped files on a Mac, simply double-click on the zipped file and the Archive Utility tool will unzip the files, creating a new folder of its contents beside the zipped folder on your desktop
How do I unzip files on Windows?
Find the file you want to decompress, right-click it, and choose Extract All. In the dialog box that appears, to choose the destination for the decompressed files, click Browse.... You can also check the option Show extracted files when complete. Click Extract.
