Texprint Sublimation Paper on Stainless Steel with Mug Press

Application Instructions

  1. Set temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Set timer to 80-100 seconds.
  3. Set Pressure at medium.
  4. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper. 
  5. Wrap the printed image around product and secure with heat transfer tape.
  6. Press at 350 degrees F for 80-100 seconds with medium pressure.
  7. Remove immediately from press once finished and peel hot. Use caution as item will be very hot.

Stainless Steel In A Sublimation Oven

Application Instructions

  1. Set upper and lower oven temperature to 365° Fahrenheit
  2. Set oven timer to 6 minutes.
  3. Print a mirror image onto Texprint Paper.
  4. Wrap the printed image around product and secure it with heat transfer tape.
  5. Slip your drinkware into the recommended shrink film sleeve.
  6. Apply heat to the shrink film using a heat gun until the film is tight on the item.
  7. Once the sublimation oven beeps confirming it has reached the appropriate temperature, place your item in
  8. the oven and close the door.
  9. Heat your product for 6 minutes at 365° F
  10. Remove immediately from oven once finished and peel hot. Use caution as the item will be very hot.

*A heat gun is required for irregular shaped drinkware. If printing on products with straight sides like a skinny tumbler, a heat gun is not needed, as the film will shrink with the heat from the oven.
