ColorPrint® Extra PU introduces a new formula based on a polyurethane composition which is different from its PVC based predecessor. This not only allows for CPSIA certification, but also leads to a thinner, softer, and more flexible material when compared to the original ColorPrint® Extra HTV. ColorPrint® Extra PU is perfect for nylon surfaces as well as some lightly coating silicone- based fabrics. Recommended for use in large format Eco-Solvent and Solvent based Printer/Cutters. This product will not work with a standard inkjet printer, Epson eco-tank printer, or converted printer.

Application Instruction:

Print and Cut design based on recommended material
Weed excess material from your design
Mask your design with the recommended TTD High Tack Mask
Squeegee masked design starting from the middle of the design to the edge
Remove the design from the backing paper
Apply design at 305 F with medium pressure for 15 seconds
Peel carrier hot/warm
